JWA Advisory group 2023

During 2023 Coy Roache, Vivian Crawford, Liz Millman and colleagues have worked to establish an appropriate way to strengthen links between Clarendon and North Wales.

Now as the Jamaica Wales Alliance Advisory Group we meet regularly each week on Zoom, organised by Liz Millman with Coy Roache and Vivian Crawford leading us forward to progress our plans:

the Pennants Project is up and running with regular meetings with the Pennants Community Development Committee.

we are working closely with the Douglas Pennant Family Foundation and the Clarendon Parish Development Committee Benevolent Society who will take over management of projects

We have links with the UWI Reparation Unit - Prof Verene Shepherd 

and we are working on research into the tenants strike in Pennants led by Robert Rumble
